I would say Stoicism is the key to this aspect and a very accurate way of approaching life (I do have it in The fourth house).
Also the way I found to release the bad energy accumulated in my heart and mind is by cultivating my own food at home and also gardening. I really enjoy those physical activities.

I have saturn-ketu conjunction in Capricorn in my navamsa chart. Discontentment in education even after getting highly qualified, discontentment in career eventhough I choosed it for myself 🤦‍♀️Also I don't get anything easily even if it's a minor wish, and after when I forget that thing completely it will appear in my life quite unexpectedly! But usually when that time approaches, I often lack the real excitement of getting what I wished for and therefore feel neutral. I laughed so much!!! It makes so much sense because I have this conjunction in libra 1st house. venus in the 8th.. I broke so many joints and bones and had many strange illnesses as a child thank god, nothing was permanent,, these incidents gave me an appreciation for every day of life from an early age .

I have this combination in Scorpio in the 3rd house. I am definitely such a hard worker that I forget everything else when I m working ( Ketu s headless influence?). I m lucky enough to have spiritual work as a teacher that I guess ( according to your reading) blesses me with more stability than I would ve otherwise had with this conjunction, and yes, more satisfaction.
